A flat fee. No cut of your trade.
Plans are being reworked, so there are no figures on this page yet rather than figures we will change in six weeks. Everything else about how it works is below, and the number is confirmed during your application before anything is agreed.
A flat monthly fee
One subscription. That is how the company earns, and it is the only thing you pay us for using the workspace.
0% commission on a trade
The marketplace does not take a percentage of the piece. Volume and which capabilities are switched on vary by plan.
Thirty days free
Nothing is charged before day 31. Cancel inside thirty days and no card is touched.
No setup fee
We do the migration of your existing spreadsheet ourselves and we do not charge for it.
Move between plans
Up or down, effective on the next billing date. Moving down changes limits, it does not delete anything.
Your data comes out
Watches, invoices as the original PDFs, and the monthly DATEV file. Formats you already own software to open.
EU hosting
Data and functions in the European Union. GDPR, documented sub-processors, Art. 28 DPA on request.
The questions worth asking.
What happens on day 31?
The card you added is charged for the plan agreed during your application. Before that, nothing is taken. If you cancel on day 30, you are not billed and your export still works.
Can I change plan later?
Up or down, at any time, effective on the next billing date. Moving down does not delete anything, it changes limits.
What are marketplace credits?
They meter listing and matching activity on the B2B floor, not your own inventory. Nothing you do inside your own workspace consumes them.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We do the migration of your existing spreadsheet ourselves, and we do not charge for it.
Can other dealers see what I paid?
No. What another dealer receives is a projection of the piece: reference, photos, condition, year, asking price. Your cost and margin are never shown to another dealer and are never used to price, rank or match anything on the marketplace. We operate the database, so we will not claim the data is unreachable by us; what we will do is put the limits above in the contract and log access.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You take out your stock, your invoices as the original PDFs with their ZUGFeRD data inside, and every monthly DATEV export. We keep only what the law requires us to keep.
Who is behind the company?
Viktor Siewert, who trades watches himself. That is why the product knows what a margin scheme is. What it means for your data is set out on the about page.
Why is there an application?
The marketplace only works if every dealer on it has been checked by a person. We review by hand and we do turn people down.
