Vacheron Constantin

Vacheron Constantin is a Swiss watchmaker founded in Geneva in 1755 by Jean-Marc Vacheron, making it the oldest continuously-operating watchmaker in the world. One of the three "holy trinity" houses alongside Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet. Owned by Richemont since 1996. Annual production is small (estimated 20,000-25,000 pieces).

Most modern Vacheron watches carry the Geneva Seal (Poinçon de Genève), a quality certification with strict criteria for movement finishing, materials, and assembly within Geneva. The Seal is a credentialing mark recognised across high-end Swiss watchmaking.
